The BIPA Cinematic Awards category is the flagship and most prestigious section of the festival — where filmmakers from around the world submit their narrative works to be evaluated through a refined, critic-driven, and multidimensional perspective.

At BIPA, we welcome films of all kinds — regardless of genre, length, budget, or origin. What matters most is vision, storytelling, and cinematic voice.

  • High-quality Student or Academy Films

Narrative & Cinematic Styles Accepted:
